Homes in the community will be designed to meet individual needs while reflecting the community's mission. Smaller homes, including tiny houses, will be welcomed, with a focus on eco-friendly and net-zero building practices.

A common house will be included in the community design to encourage shared meals and offer co living in rental spaces for single community members while also reducing personal space needs across the community.

Final decisions on construction will be made collaboratively by the core group in phases 2 and 3.
