The dream is 20-30 acres of land divided into specific uses: 5+ acres for nature based education, 5+ acres for a residential neighborhood, 5 acres for farmland, and 5 acres for community or event spaces.
The ideal location is within one hour of Boston or Amherst, in a community capable of supporting agricultural, educational, and hospitality businesses. Ideally near high-quality hospitals and colleges.
These criteria aim to balance residential, agricultural, environmental, and community needs with strategic positioning for business and lifestyle. Official land decisions will be made by the core group in Phase 2 of our project.
